1) No violence, threats of violence, verbal abuse, verbal or physical harassment, intimidation or menacing, and no verbal or physical sexual harassment, no pornography or verbal pornographic references.
2) No illegal controlled substances will be tolerated or allowed to be in a person's system or possession while participating at SAFE. No alcohol or drunkenness is allowed.
3) No destruction of SAFE's property or any other person's property.
4) Please be courteous to others, and refrain from behaviors that will interfere with others' enjoyment of the drop-in center or make them feel unsafe.
5) No smoking inside the building, and please use the area designated.
6) No stealing from SAFE or anyone.
7) While we will make every effort to make certain that problems do not occur, SAFE and its staff are not responsible for injury, loss, or items stolen, and attendance at SAFE will be considered implied agreement that you are at SAFE at your own risk and as an independent decision.
8) No possession of weapons, or anything that could be mistaken for, look like, or sound like a weapon is allowed.
Conclusion:
If you break these rules, it is possible staff will ask you to leave and come back another day. If you break these rules repeatedly, it is possible you will lose the right to come here until you appear before the board to explain. If you violate the rules with respect to weapons and endangerment or intimidation of others and refuse to leave and/or stop it, it is possible that the police will be involved.
